Terms of Use

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

You must be at least 13 years old. Users under the age of legal majority must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You represent that you can enter this agreement and comply with applicable law.

2. Accounts

Provide accurate information, safeguard your credentials, and notify us of unauthorized access. You may not sell, rent, transfer, or misuse accounts. You are responsible for activity through your account.

3. License

Gailson Media LLC grants a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use Spades Universe for lawful entertainment and learning. No ownership rights are transferred.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not disrupt the Service, access restricted systems, scrape protected content, impersonate others, harass users, exploit bugs, manipulate rankings, use bots, or use the Service for fraud, unlawful gambling, or other illegal activity.

5. Fair Play

Collusion, unauthorized assistance, automation, account boosting, intentional disconnect abuse, matchmaking manipulation, and exploitation of defects are prohibited. We may void results, remove rewards, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users.

6. Community Conduct

You must follow the Community Guidelines. Threats, harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, doxxing, fraud, spam, and other harmful conduct may result in content removal or account restrictions.

7. AI Coach

AI coaching, strategy suggestions, lessons, and automated feedback are for educational and entertainment purposes. They may be inaccurate and do not guarantee outcomes.

8. Purchases and Virtual Items

If paid features are offered, pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown at purchase. Virtual items have no cash value unless expressly stated, are licensed rather than sold, and may be changed or discontinued.

9. Tournaments and Promotions

Separate rules may apply. Eligibility may depend on age, location, identity verification, and compliance history. Participants may be disqualified for cheating, collusion, fraud, or rule violations.

10. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant Gailson Media LLC a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, moderate, and distribute it as needed to operate, improve, promote, and protect the Service.

11. Intellectual Property

Spades Universe software, branding, interfaces, lessons, artwork, and related content belong to Gailson Media LLC or its licensors and are protected by law.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may investigate violations and restrict, suspend, or terminate access to protect users, enforce these Terms, or comply with law. You may stop using the Service or request account deletion at any time.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness, noninfringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Gailson Media LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, or lost data. Aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of amounts paid during the prior 12 months or $100.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by South Carolina law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim, contact us and attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

16. Changes and Contact

We may revise these Terms and will post a new effective date. Questions may be sent to info@spadesuniverse.app.

17. Apple Standard EULA
