1. Information We Collect

Account information. We may collect your name, email address, username, password credentials, profile image, age or date-of-birth confirmation, and account preferences.

Social sign-in information. When you sign in through Google, Apple, Facebook, Microsoft, or another provider, we may receive information authorized by you and supplied by that provider, such as your name, email address, profile image, and provider account identifier. We do not receive your provider password.

Gameplay and training information. We collect game results, bids, scores, wins and losses, rankings, achievements, lesson progress, coaching interactions, anti-cheat signals, and other activity needed to operate and improve the Service.

Device and usage information. We may collect IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, language, approximate location derived from IP address, referring pages, timestamps, crash data, and diagnostic logs.

Communications. We collect information you send to customer support, report through moderation tools, or submit through surveys and feedback forms.

Transaction information. If paid features are introduced, payment processors may collect payment details. We may receive limited transaction information such as purchase amount, date, status, and billing contact details, but we do not ordinarily store complete payment-card numbers.

We use information to create and manage accounts; provide games, multiplayer matchmaking, rankings, training, and coaching features; personalize the experience; maintain security and fair play; detect fraud, cheating, abuse, and technical problems; communicate about accounts and updates; provide support; analyze and improve the Service; enforce our Terms; and comply with legal obligations.

3. AI and Automated Features

Spades Universe may use automated systems or artificial intelligence to provide strategy explanations, coaching feedback, matchmaking assistance, moderation, fraud detection, and product analytics. Information submitted to these features may be processed to generate responses and improve the reliability and safety of the Service. Automated coaching is for educational and entertainment purposes and may not always be accurate.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, software development kits, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure accounts, understand usage, and improve performance. Browser or device settings may allow you to limit some technologies, although certain features may stop working properly.

5. How We Share Information

We may share information with hosting, authentication, analytics, communications, payment, security, moderation, and customer-support providers that process information for us. We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate misuse, in connection with a merger or sale, or when you direct or consent to the sharing.

Public profile elements, rankings, game history, achievements, and community activity may be visible to other users depending on your settings and the feature involved. We do not sell personal information for money.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security and business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law. Retention periods vary by data type. Some records may remain in backups or be retained in de-identified form after account deletion.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, or misuse will never occur. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and notifying us of suspected account compromise.

You may review or update certain profile information through account settings. You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights to object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or appeal a privacy decision. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users between 13 and the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction should use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
