Account & Data Deletion

1. Delete Your Account in the App

If you can access your Spades Universe account, sign in to the app, open Settings, select Account & Sign In, and use the available account-deletion option. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your request.

2. Request Deletion Without the App

You may also request account and data deletion by emailing info@spadesuniverse.app with the subject Spades Universe Account Deletion Request.

Please include the email address or username associated with your Spades Universe account so we can locate and verify the account. Do not send your password.

3. Data Deleted With Your Account

After a verified deletion request is processed, we delete or disassociate personal data associated with the account as applicable, including account and profile information, authentication records under our control, profile content, and other personal information used to operate your Spades Universe account.

Account deletion may also remove access to progression, virtual balances, rankings, community features, and other account-linked game data. Account deletion is intended to be permanent and may not be reversible.

4. Information We May Retain

We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, accounting, transaction, or regulatory purposes. We may also retain de-identified or aggregated information that can no longer reasonably identify you.

Residual copies may remain temporarily in secure backups until those backups are deleted or overwritten through our normal retention cycle.

5. Verification and Processing

To protect users from unauthorized deletion requests, we may ask you to verify ownership of the account before completing deletion. We process verified requests in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
